Locum Tenens Urologist Opportunity with flexible schedule in WV

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Urologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Morgantown, West Virginia. This is a hospital-based position with an established Urology department.
Position Details:
• Start Date: April 1 or sooner
• Contract Length: 3-6 months
• Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with possible call rotation
• Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month, ongoing for at least 3 months (likely 6)
• Hospital Size: 189 beds
• EMR: Cerner
• Patient Load: Approx. 20 outpatients per day
• Procedures: Preference for surgical candidates but will consider outpatient-only providers
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Preferred (willing to license if necessary)
• DEA & CSR: Required
• Certifications Preferred: BLS, ACLS
• Clean Background Required
Additional Information:
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Support Staff Provided
• Ideal Candidate: Someone comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient care (outpatient-only candidates will also be considered).
