Job description

• Outpatient setting
• On-site
• 10-15 hours per week. Monday-Friday available
• All Adults
o at least 30% of patient population are SMI; other cases standard outpatient depression, anxiety, etc.
• 60 minute evals and transfer appointments; 15-20 minute med checks
• 30 minutes beginning of day for administrative work
• May require collaboration with nurse practitioner
• BC required
• Clinical support staff include nurse practitioner, RNs, LPCs, and LSWs
• Must have Promise ID and Medicare
• EMR Carelogic
