Start: February

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: Work schedule will require 160 hours per month and the days and hours may vary. Clinic schedule days and hours may vary as well but usually a total of 8 hours per week

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 8-16
· Providers Requested: 2
· Department description: Trauma Level 3 Facility
· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
