About the facility
A facility in Los Angeles that provides access to professional health care for patients physical needs, behavioral needs, and substance use in a single visit instead of the three-visit process of other providers in the community. In addition, patients receiving services in the primary care clinic will have the opportunity to receive patient education and counseling on health topics such as diabetes, obesity, and substance abuse prevention.

About the clinician's workday
The clinician is expected to work Monday-Friday, 8-5 PM. The clinician must be bilingual (Spanish) and fully licensed.
