• Target Start: March
• Length of commitment: 12 Months, ongoing
• Shift Details: (7a-3p) and (3p-11p), Overnight Call Option
• Schedule: Monday-Friday. Full Time Coverage needed, but will consider consistent Part Time availability
• Support Staff: Medically Directed team care model - CRNA’s and Anesthesia Techs
• Patients per day: 6-12
• Patient Population/Age: All Ages
• Department Description: Busy Community Practice. Level 2 Trauma. Will be responsible for supervising CRNA’s
• EMR: Epic
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active WI License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA, 2 years’ Experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered

• Long Term Ongoing Locums Assignment
• Full Time or Part Time Schedule
• Optional Call
