SCHEDULE DETAILS:

M-F Cases start at 7:30a-3:30p or until 5:30p (sometimes) (Mix of 8s and 10s)

Weeknight Call 3:30pm- 7:30am evenly rotated between providers

3 weeknights per month, potential opportunity for more in startup-up phase

Primary call- in house, secondary call (30 minutes response time)

ASC Hours are 7:30am-3:30pm -730am 2 providers cover weeknight and weekend call.

Weekend Call Rotation: 7 weekends per year, potential opportunity for more in start-up phase

Call Back Response Time: Provider on Primary call to stay in house in hospital anesthesia room or hospital housing for call. Gets post call day off. Secondary call radius 30 minutes. No post call day off for secondary call, but first out on peel out.

3 weeks on/1 week off rotation

Feb 12, Feb 14, Feb 17, Feb 24 - 28 x2, March 2, March 3 - 7 x 5, March 8 - 9 x1, March 10 -14 x 5, March 16, March 17 - 21 x 5, March 24 - 28, March 31 - April 4 x 5 - Ongoing need every week


Type of cases required: Mostly General, endo**, ortho, urology, ***HIGH-RISK OB (including VBACs)***, GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE and Brain-back). **Endo is mainly at the ASC – close to 2100 cases per year


Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
Vaccination Required:

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
*Must be NBCRNA certified.
Will not take Board Eligible, Must be Board Certified
