Family Medicine Physician needed for Full time Locum coverage in North Indiana

Job description

5 days a week- preference is year long contract

· 2.5 patients per hour

· E-Clinical Works- EMR

· BC or BE- in any primary care specialty

· Monday/Wednesday – 8-7 – Tues/Thurs/Friday – 8-5

· Interview with Bruce, CMO, and maybe CEO- can be on zoom (CEO joins for perm, but doubt they join for locums)

· Cred- 30-45 days

· DEA, CPR, CSR- required

· Support staff- Need to confirm if each provider is given a MA

· T&L
