Job description
- 6-month initial contract, with ability to extend
- Monday – Friday, 8a – 4:30p (40 hours per week, no OT)
- Roughly 10-15 patients per day
- Basic Primary Care and chronic care cases
- Facility uses EMR, provider should be proficient using electronic records
- BE or BC
- Low patient volume
- Flexible Schedule
