Monday - Friday
830 a - 530 p

· Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
· Patients per day: 20
· Department description: Outpatient
· EMR: Epic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Eligible
· License required: GA LICENSE IN HAND, NO IMLC
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: Primary Care clinician must be able to see all ages
