• Standard Outpatient Primary Care
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Wisconsin State License
• 3-4 week credentialing
• Clinic Hours: 7:30 am to a little after 5pm
o Open to 4 10’s or 5 8’s
• Rotating on-call coverage – rare to be called, they have a nurse that’s primary for all calls
• 6 month contract, with potential to extend
• EHR: Athena w/ Dragon dictation
