• Prefer provider to have urgent & primary care experience
• Full Time
• Provider can set schedule w/ owners
• 8 hour shifts
• ASAP-Ongoing
• 2-3 patients per hour
• Must have active license, DEA, and CDS (would be a bonus if they also had DOT)
• Full support staff
• EMR: Aprima
• Open to T&
